Cultural activities are any activities that have unique significance to a culture and constitute engaging in the culture. These activities are considered to be highly important because they help to pass-on, continue, and strengthen cultural values, beliefs, and practices. Examples of cultural activities include participating in cultural dances, cooking traditional foods, learning about cultural attitudes, attending museum, and many, many more. We’ll explore these below. VMCT works to promote high value of humanity, brotherhood, peace and harmony amongst people through cultural development activities. This trust works to create an environment of communal harmony and national integration in its working areas. In this context, several activities like Independence Day Celebration, Republic Day Celebration, Cultural Shows, Performance of Folk Music and Dance, Holi Milan Samaroh, Street Plays, Kawwali and sometimes organizes cultural program to promote peace messages. VMCT also organizes cultural events among children and adolescents to make them understand the diversity in culture and in the country. Our team conduct awareness talks among students on the relevance and significance of different festivals of all religions. It creates a harmonious atmosphere among students as they start knowing the importance and significance of the religions, which he/she does not belong. VMCT acts these programs with the help of our volunteers and community people in the society. These are activities which members of a community do together as a group. They include festivals, ceremonies, games and sports. Music, TV shows, fashion, food and style of clothing are examples of popular culture topics. Accessibility for most masses is one of the main features of mass culture. The popular culture activity is an acceptance of culture by the majority of people and follows certain ideology to change and to modernize the society.
